About The Role


This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition in a flexible hybrid environment reporting into the Toronto, ON office.

What You'll Do

Develop an understanding of the business, external market trends, and their impact on the company and implement strategies to attract top talent through a variety of sourcing channels, (i.e., social media, job boards, and employee referrals)

Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruiting plans to meet those needs

Increase HUB's employment brand by overseeing the campus recruitment strategy, including attending career fairs, developing relationships with key university stakeholders, and coordinating campus interviews

Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to the business on recruitment trends and opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with other members of the HR team on various initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and onboarding.

Assist in managing external vendor and/or agency contracts, relationships, and agreements to ensure exceptional service levels and efficiency of spend

What You'll Need for Success

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing and/or proactive recruitment

Experience with campus recruitment/early careers programs preferred

Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology tools

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
