Cafe Milano is currently looking to hire a Social Media Manager to successfully help represent our brand through all relevant social channels, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

The individual should be strong in strategizing, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of our social presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Social Media Strategy to increase our online presence and broaden our audience.
  • Develop content to increase community engagement online
  • Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand on a daily basis
  • Collaborate closely with our FOH team to build cohesive, crossfunctional messaging for our social channels
  • Create a robust calendar to build a topdown brand awareness strategy to roll across various channels.
  • Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/leads
  • Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow the company's social following organically
  • Work together with the marketing department and graphic designers to create compelling content for publication or campaigns

Requirements:

  • Excellent copywriter with proven ability to be concise, yet impactful in Brand voice
  • Experience managing social media accounts, preferably within the food industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the social landscape with a passion for current trends and creating fresh ideas.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and selfmotivation
  • Flexibility
  • Strong analytical skills
