Responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation of account analysis, including bank reconciliations and accruals analysis. 2) Monthly monitoring of NVO's (T&E and Auto) spending vs. Prepare monthly variance analysis and commentaries.3) other business related tasks such as P2P (Procure to Pay) issue resolution, GR / IR reconciliation, SOX design and effectiveness, etc.
Prepare and distribute local closing calendar.Review Balance Sheet (Working Capital), and GL accounts reconciliation, Cash Flow variance analysis as part of the closing deck
Participate in the Intercompany reconciliation
Preparation, analysis and reporting:
Local BS accounts reconciliation
CBS BS account reconciliation and clearing review.
Local NVO's - Travel & Entertainment and Auto:
Maintain lease vehicle database
Liability analysis (3rd party report vs internal financial records)
Other Finance Functions:
P2P Issue Resolution (CBS and local PO owners)
Treasury activities support (ETC loan, Cash forecast, Bank attestation, etc)
3+ years of previous accounting and financial analysis experience
~ Completion of post secondary degree/diploma program/Bachelor's degree with concentration in accounting, finance or related business subject(s).
~ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google collaboration tools
Experience with SAP
