  • Lead, guide, and cultivate a team of professionals dedicated to the Operational Excellence (BOE) program for the Laurent-Beaudoin Completion Center (LBCC) Aircraft Operations sector
  • Develop strategies and solutions to support the implementation of our Operational Excellence (BOE) initiative for CFLB Aircraft Operations sector, covering technical aspects, management tools and practices, and leadership skills
  • Be the expert who encourages the organization to welcome change and evolve to ensure that the BOE approach is the key method of handling business performance and aligning with corporate goals
  • Develop training strategies and solutions in collaboration with organizational stakeholders to enhance the teams' knowledge of performance management, providing value to our customers and reducing inefficiencies
  • Be a leader focused on processes who fosters a culture of standardization and execution through efficient use of processes, aligned KPIs, and infrastructure
  • Lead the transformation using a structured change management approach and communication strategy to ensure stakeholder involvement and complete team cooperation
How to excel in this position?
  • You hold a degree/diploma in an Engineering field or in business management
  • You have exhibited your leadership skills in team management, manufacturing operations, and change, supported by your experience and achievements
  • You possess 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing in the field of process enhancement and/or lean deployment
  • You have a proven ability in the application of Lean manufacturing concepts
  • You have demonstrated proficiency in leading change, as evidenced by your experience and accomplishments
  • You are a skilled facilitator with a strong influencing capability
  • You are proficient in IT systems and have a willingness to contribute to the advancement of IT-based solutions
  • You are fluent in both French and English (an asset)
  • You should be willing to travel and dedicate consecutive weeks at our various facilities to implement the BOE model
