- Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies
- Ensure that quality control processes are aligned with business objectives.
- Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience with ISO
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
- Perform inspection of incoming parts in accordance with relevant purchasing, engineering, and quality requirements as directed by the General Manager.
- Inspect welding components while recording all relevant information as per Purchase/Work order.
- Review MTR, NDE, coating, heat treatment, and other documentation as per relevant requirements.
- Identification, recording, and processing of nonconformances.
- Perform hardness testing as required.
- Maintenance and tracking of inspection equipment.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to Safety requirements.
