About the role:

  • This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your chosen space. Occasional in-person meetings within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) may be necessary.

Responsibilities of a Program Director:

  • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of technology programs within our agency.
  • Create, own, and report on the roadmap for all assigned programs and tracks of work.
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish and implement best practices.
  • Define and support cross-functional teams on roles, responsibilities, processes, and templates.
  • Manage team morale, project quality, and budget while proactively addressing issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Presence at in-person GTA meetings
  • 8+ years of enterprise project management experience in tech agencies, consulting, or e-commerce
  • Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise technology programs
  • Proficiency in scoping, pricing, and timeline development for complex programs
  • Extensive experience with various program types and deliverables
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
