The Job:


Providing personable and efficient service to all guests, and ensuring all guests leave with an experience that will make them want to keep coming back.

Be knowledgeable of all current cocktail, wine, and beer selections & specials, including ingredients, specs, recipes, and presentations.

Confident in guiding guests in making the best decisions on what to order based on their preferences

Seamlessly working with other staff to balance all responsibilities on a daily basis


Work under the direction of The Mule's Bar Manager to consistently refine The Mule's bar menu, and work collaboratively with other bartenders in fostering a creative & fun work environment.


Ideally, You Have Experience / Education:

Beyond anything else, we are looking for someone with; a positive attitude, who is team-oriented, and an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people.

Minimum 2 years of restaurant bartending experience, specifically working in craft cocktailing or with craft beer, is required.

SmartServe Certification is required.
