Extreme's Cloud Operations team is a group of talented engineers passionate about building highly reliable, scalable, and secure solutions in public/private cloud environments.

The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, applications, and data.

As a Security Operations Engineer at Extreme Networks, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining security controls, investigating and responding to security threats and incidents, and participating in compliance initiatives such as ISO, SOC, StateRAMP, and FedRAMP programs.

It's a role that demands both technical expertise and a proactive approach to security.
Develop and maintain security monitoring and detection systems.
Implement security controls, policies, and procedures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
