We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Lead to join our dynamic team.

You will be the primary administrator of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, solving business problems by customizing the platform.

Core responsibilities include owning the data model, supporting users, maintaining security standards, delivering actionable analytics, and configuring the tool for scale.

You will build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value.
Act as the sole owner of our CRM, responsible for permissioning, configurations, integrations, and maintaining the data model
Lead and execute a salesforce migration project, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations
Own all CRM integrations and ensure data flowing in and out is well-managed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in CRM systems
Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and best practices
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within CRM systems
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CRM systems and business processes
Maintain data integrity and security standards within CRM systems, adhering to compliance requirements
6+ years of experience as a CRM administrator, with a strong focus on Salesforce
~ Proficiency in HubSpot administration, including configuration, integration, and data modeling
~ Proven track record of leading successful migration projects
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
~ Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
