Nous sommes l'un des studios Unreal Engine les plus expérimentés de l'industrie et nous renforçons nos capacités au moyen de solutions internes, à savoir l'infrastructure PCF Framework.

Nos équipes de création travaillent actuellement sur plusieurs titres passionnants : Gemini est notre nouveau projet mené en collaboration avec Square Enix; Maverick est un jeu AAA développé en collaboration avec Microsoft; Bifrost, Victoria et Dagger sont des projets que nous réalisons selon un modèle d'auto-édition. Nous avons également un projet en phase de conception : Red; ainsi que deux projets en technologie de réalité virtuelle : Green Hell VR et Bulletstorm VR, qui est une captivante version en RV de notre jeu de tir culte.

Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.

Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger are projects we're growing in the self-publishing model. We also have one project in the concept phase - Red; as well as two projects in VR technology - Green Hell VR and Thunder - a new project based on one of the IPs from the Group's portfolio.

**People Can Fly** est actuellement à la recherche d'un ou d'une responsable technique. Cette personne talentueuse et expérimentée se joindra à notre équipe de développeurs travaillant sur un jeu AAA en réalité virtuelle (RV) basé sur Unreal Engine. En tant que responsable technique (RV), vous occuperez un poste de leadership qui exige une confiance en la technologie et les outils. Vous devrez comprendre comment nos systèmes techniques se combinent pour créer une expérience de RV inoubliable. La personne que nous recherchons est à la fois un(e) programmeur(euse) d'expérience, un(e) leader technique et un(e) mentor(e) bienveillant(e). Si vous êtes enthousiaste à l'idée de mettre à profit votre expertise technique pour créer du divertissement de haut niveau en RV, ce poste est fait pour vous.

**Responsabilités**
- S'approprier et faire progresser la vision technique globale et l'exécution du projet.
- Définir et approuver l'architecture globale de tous les systèmes de jeu touchés.
- Planifier la préproduction du nouveau projet afin d'exposer les défis techniques et d'éviter les obstacles pendant la phase de production.
- Exercer un leadership actif, notamment pendant les phases de préproduction et de prototypage.
- Établir le niveau de qualité technique du produit (normes de codage, performances et extensibilité) et de ses fonctionnalités.
