Do you have a passion and a knack for Billing, Accounts Payable and Receivable? We are currently recruiting for a Billing Specialist within the Milton area for a Storage company that has locations across Canada.

This position will involve supporting the process of both accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as other administrative tasks.


The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience within a similar role, will be a team player, and want to work within a relaxed, casual environment.

  • Accounts Payable:
  • Apply payments to accounts and invoices
  • Complete weekly payment runs
  • Reconcile utility accounts

Accounts Receivable:

  • Communicate with clients regarding collections and any discrepancies
Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel Google Drive/sheets, QuickBooks Online
