Job Description:

What you will do

  • Creating, amending and deleting pertinent name, address, banking and contract related information on agent contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance of contractual and licensing obligations, monitoring and auditing of data in the SIEBEL Management system and various other databases/systems.
  • Processing Agent of Record change for inforce policies as per process guidelines.
  • Providing a high level of customer service through the timely and accurate processing and administration of incoming correspondence.
  • Administering the return mail investigation process
  • Maintaining a comprehensive filing system

What you will bring

  • College diploma (office or secretarial administration program)
  • One year of insurance or industry related experience
  • Strong attention to detail accompanied by excellent accuracy
  • Strong team player able to work in a team to meet overall dept deadlines, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize incoming work
  • Ability to work in a team environment and learn quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual (French/English) is an asset but not required
  • Strong commitment to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong analytical ability, problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of SIEBEL, FASAT and MS Office are preferred
  • Strong adaptability to change
  • The successful applicant should be comfortable with both working from home options as well as working on site
