We're currently seeking two Part-time Video Editor II to support our outstanding Creative Team. As part of this team, you will contribute to enhancing the Rogers Sports & Media brand and engaging with our Sportsnet audience through your creativity and dedication to producing top-quality content.

What you will do...

  • Edit and produce exceptional promotional content for all Sportsnet Properties
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and fellow Editors to develop innovative and inspiring content
  • Stay updated on the latest editing technologies and industry best practices to optimize efficiency
  • Utilize available resources effectively to meet the increasing demands of Rogers Sports and Media's leading content offerings; communicate with management and engineering regarding technical maintenance and repair

What you will bring...

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, and other editing tools
  • A strong passion for Sports broadcasting, content creation, and storytelling that resonates with our audience
  • Expertise in NLE software such as Adobe Premiere, Avid, After Effects, and Photoshop (experience with Grass Valley is a bonus)
  • Knowledge in Content Creation, Video formats, Codecs, and File types
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in audio mixing, color correction, and video grading
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong analytical and technical skills in broadcast control systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and devise solutions for technical challenges
