The Opportunity
Tundra Process Solutions is currently seeking an Aftermarket ANSI Coordinator/Lead based out of our Edmonton South Branch.

Do you eat, sleep and breathe valves in various varieties? Are you a self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, create estimates and quotes on the fly and have recent experience in vale service and parts? If you answered yes, you might just be who we're looking for.


The Role

  • Managing/updating ANSI Microsoft Teams spreadsheet & scheduling production
  • Compiling and reviewing all evaluation reports including Fast Field reports
  • Completing all estimates (parts, thirdparty sourcing, requisitions)
  • Creating purchase orders for original requests, and follow up revisions when required
  • Creating scope packages which include (but are not limited to): overall scope, estimates, list of all parts, thirdparty orders and follow ups
  • Encouraging a positive client relationship and provide project related updates and information
  • Creating billing packages for invoice submission
  • Communicating with Vendors on related queries and concerns
  • College Diploma/ Post Secondary Education or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 35 years working on valves in a shop environment as an ANSI Technician or equivalent mechanical experience
  • Knowledge of Gate, Globe, Control, Check, Ball, and other valves is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Valid H2S, CSTS, Fall Arrest, and WHIMIS is preferred
  • Occasion overnight travel to customer sites required
  • Must have a basic command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • The ability to problemsolve and troubleshoot mechanical problems
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas, technology, processes, or product changes
