VIA Rail Canada Inc. est présentement à la recherche de 15 Agent(e)s aux services à bord des trains pour le terminal d'Halifax en Nouvelle-Écosse.
Bienvenue aux personnes avec une expérience dans la restauration l'hôtellerie ou dans une compagnie aérienne.
Un excellent service à la clientèle consiste selon vous à accueillir chaleureusement les gens à répondre à leurs besoins avec empressement efficacité et en leur exprimant sincèrement votre reconnaissance. Nous partageons cette conviction et notre réputation repose sur notre excellent service à la clientèle dans un environnement sûr et sécuritaire.
Basé à notre gare d'Halifax vous serez affecté sur le trajet Halifax-Montréal (aller-retour).
Vous contribuerez au plaisir de voyager des passagers en leur réservant une expérience confortable et sécuritaire:

Guider les voyageurs à leur cabine ou à leur siège;
Donner les consignes de sécurité;
Aider au besoin à porter les bagages;
Servir les repas (incluant viandes);
Servir les breuvages (incluant boissons alcoolisées);
Vendre des collations;
Veiller à l entretien ménager des chambres et/ou des aires de travail.
Si la routine vous ennuie que vous aimez les défis et carburez à la pression vous aurez des affinités avec nos équipes de service à la clientèle. Selon vous satisfaire la clientèle avec tact a toujours préséance sur des irritants occasionnels et des situations désagréables.

D'Avril à Octobre 2023 avec possibilité de rappel
HORAIRE
Vous êtes disponible pour travailler selon un horaire variable incluant les week-ends jours fériés et sur appel (pas d'heures garanties)
pendant des périodes prolongées (jusqu'à 5 jours) loin de votre domicile
FORMATION
Vous devez être disponible pour commencer votre session de formation a partir du 10 Avril 2023.
SALAIRE
À l'entrée en poste $26.28 de l'heure
Exigences:

Le défi est sur mesure pour vous si vous:

Communiquez avec le sourire en anglais et en français;
Détenez un diplôme d études secondaires;
Possédez au moins un an d expérience en service à la clientèle idéalement dans la restauration ou dans une compagnie aérienne comme agent de bord;
Avez la capacité physique de soulever des poids pouvant aller jusqu'à 23 Kg (50 lbs);Bénéficiez d un programme de rémunération et d avantages sociaux concurrentiel et complet dans un milieu de travail sécuritaire.
