This role can be hired remotely in one of; This is a 9-month maternity leave contract initially with potential to be longer.


As the Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing Teamwork's demand generation strategy, with a focus on supporting a variety of demand generation campaigns across multiple digital channels and events.

This role reports to the Demand Generation and Content Lead and is part of the Marketing team, whose purpose is to drive growth through developing predictable and scalable programs that drive new customer acquisition, test new strategies, channels, and campaigns that convert.

You will collaborate closely with content, web, brand, and product marketing teams, as well as sales teams, to ensure our demand generation strategy is effective and delivers on shared objectives.

You have 3 years of relevant experience in a demand generation role with a strong emphasis on executing paid social media campaigns and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.

You have a strong understanding of SaaS unit economics – i.e., ARR, MRR, CAC, the sales cycle, and associated metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline).

You have strong analytical skills with the ability to own your metrics, perform campaign analysis, derive insights to show program effectiveness, and adjust campaign levers for continuous optimization.

You have a growth mindset – comfortable generating new ideas, championing new processes, and continuously testing and iterating to improve campaign outcomes.

You are a skilled project manager, able to successfully manage multiple priorities and campaigns at various levels of scale with high-quality output.

Experience with event planning and execution is a plus.
Expertise with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is a plus.


Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns covering the entire sales funnel, including awareness, lead generation, and nurture across multiple digital channels such as content syndication, affiliates, and paid social media.

Support the execution of campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, leveraging paid social strategies to drive sales pipeline for Teamwork.

Assist in the planning and execution of broader demand generation initiatives, including digital channels and content syndication programs.
Partner with internal teams to support the development of content and assets needed for various campaigns.

Support the planning, promotion, and execution of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and conferences to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Be accountable for achieving key campaign KPIs as well as quarterly trial & MQL, pipeline, and revenue targets, and report back to key stakeholders across Marketing on performance against goals.

Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders across Lifecycle, Performance, Content, Website, Product Marketing, Brand, and Marketing Operations to bring demand generation plans to life.
