The Pas, Manitoba.

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

  • Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
  • CCTV cameras, maintain a record of the visitor log
  • Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, natural disasters, and security breaches.
  • Conduct exterior and interior patrols by taking Gtrack device.
  • Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports using Gtrack
  • Perform proper information exchange to relief guard.
  • Guard may be responsible for managing crowds and ensuring they remain orderly and safety

Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg?

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Customer service oriented
  • Leadership and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment
  • Comfortable with interacting with unauthorized individuals
  • First Aid is an asset
  • Good with technology based systems
  • Detail orientated
