Your days will include:

  • Accounting functions including entering vouchers and processing receipts in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting system
  • Data entry from various information sources
  • Daily, weekly and month end inventory entries, balancing and reporting.
  • Correspond with various departments internally such as the feed mills and logistics.
  • Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Great Plains would be an asset
  • Previous experience working in a computerized office environment
  • Basic accounting knowledge, with inventory reconciliation experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Grade 12 education
