Under the guidance of the Chief Marketing Officer, we are in search of an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to become part of our team.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead impactful marketing initiatives to expand our reach, enhance our brand presence, and improve the efficiency of our mental health services. Your role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee digital marketing activities, collaborating with the marketing team to plan, execute, and evaluate efforts to achieve specific KPIs.
  • Supervise the funnel process, focusing on optimizing conversions to reduce client acquisition costs. Enhance brand touchpoints to maximize organic, referral, and paid reach.
  • Manage print and direct mail marketing tasks, particularly in generating doctor and healthcare provider referrals through compelling print materials.
  • Handle brand partnerships with various entities to broaden our reach and position Shift Collab as the preferred brand for discerning Canadians.
  • Manage social and content marketing, coordinating the creation, editing, and optimization of quality content across different channels.
  • Maintain vendor relationships for ad management, web development, public relations, and ensure cohesive collaboration among all parties.
  • Work with the clinical team to ensure therapist marketing materials align with the brand and effectively target the audience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience in B2C high-growth companies, with a substantial tenure as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, growth-focused team with a shared mission and commitment to excellence.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing tasks personally and leading others effectively.
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration with various teams to translate new services and policies into marketing content.
  • Proficient with advanced marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Webflow, Ahrefs, among others.
  • Natural inclination towards process development, efficiency-seeking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in coordinating with external agencies and contractors to ensure streamlined marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with a high standard of quality.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Location within two hours of Toronto required for remote role.
  • Offering competitive salary of $90,000 to $110,000 plus bonuses.
  • Remote-oriented role with occasional in-person team meetings in Toronto.
