We as Ambipar Response Industrial Services specialize in providing quality services to oil/gas, utility and construction industry all over Western Canada.


Ambipar's Industrial Services division operates a large fleet of modern Vacuum, Combo, Hydrovac, Water, Gravel & Winch Units across Alberta, British Columbia & Saskatchewan.

Our services are utilized on many different projects ranging from Downhole Drilling, Pipeline HDD, Daylighting and Civil Construction Projects.

We strives to provide the highest quality of service with industry leading training and technology. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service with safety being our number one priority.

We are currently seeking an Administrator to support our Safety team in our Nisku, AB location.


This is a full-time position working on a 10 days on and 4 days off schedule on-site at our head office in Nisku, AB.


Responsibilities:

  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe to follow a set template to create updated corporate documents and procedures
  • Navigating around folders and files from multiple areas and combining files
  • Create reports for the company and clients
  • Ensure documents are updated and circulated as updates are required
  • Ensure site orientations and all requirements for preentry (including ticket verification, D&A tests etc.) are completed by employees prior to going to clients sites

Qualifications:

  • Obtained Safety certification through ACSA
  • Experience working with Complyworks and ISN "International Suppliers Networld" is required
  • Previous education and/or experience in Safety is strongly preferred
  • Ability to create statistic reporting for the company and clients
  • Liaise with a variety of internal resources
  • Fast, accurate data entry and word processing skills
  • Proficient computer literacy skills
  • Strong knowledge of Office365 especially Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe to manipulate documents from PDF to Word, split documents, edit PDFs etc.
  • Outstanding organizational skills that allow you to maintain orderly electronic and paper filing systems
  • The ability to take initiative and be selfmotivated
