Purpose of the position
The Manoir Lafontaine residence is currently looking for an empathetic Beneficiary Attendant who is concerned about the well-being of residents. The resident attendant sees to the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.More precisely, your daily life with us will look like:Helping and accompanying residents in their travelsNotify the nurse and/or health services manager of any changes observed in the residents' state of healthContribute to adjusting the residents' intervention plan through observationsRespect and promote proactive care among residentsRespect the standards and regulations in accordance with the certification of private seniors' residences and employer policiesCarry out a range of health and hygiene care while respecting the integrity and dignity of residents, in collaboration with the teamRespond to all emergency situations The salary is very competitive. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse. Provide healthcare and wellness services to maintain and restore residents health and to help prevent illness In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
