Role: Development Manager

The Development Manager will report to the Vice President, Development for Western Canada and will oversee development projects to ensure value maximization and project quality.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assess new development opportunities within the Starlight portfolio;
  • Collaborate with various teams throughout project lifecycles;
  • Conduct feasibility analysis and due diligence;
  • Prepare development reports and business plans;
  • Provide strategic input and manage approval processes;
  • Address development challenges effectively;
  • Lead project teams and manage approvals processes;
  • Enhance consultant network.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business, Engineering, or Urban Planning, with at least 5 years of real estate development experience. They should possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
