Baker Tilly SK LLP is looking for an individual to fill a Full Time Permanent Receptionist position in our Saskatoon office.


Your primary responsibilities will include:


Reporting to the Central Support Supervisor, the Receptionist will be responsible for day to day functions, such as greeting and assisting clients, answering and directing phone calls, booking appointments, accepting and receipting client fees, checking and assembling financial statements, tax returns and other forms, completing other duties as assigned, while providing a friendly, positive and professional image for the firm.


Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Office Administration Certificate program and/or experience in an office-based setting would be an asset
  • Committed to exceptional service
  • Excellent command of the English language (spelling, grammar and punctuation)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to work independently and with others
  • Highly organized and detail oriented; able to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
