HomeStart Foundation is a Vancouver furniture bank, providing essential home furnishings to people in need. Our crew picks up donated furniture and delivers it to our warehouse and to clients. We furnish 50 homes a month.


We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, able to think on their feet and work as a team to move furniture.

This is a great way to get to know the city and fill a real need in our community.

  • Position is parttime (Mon-Fri), 2030 hours a week. But we will also consider the right person who is available for casual or oncall.

Responsibilities:

- driving a one ton cube van, safely & carefully moving furniture
- professional & courteous communication with clients
- handle cash/cheque/credit card donations
