DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participates and prepares documentation as a member of various departmental and corporate project teams.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of Client Services standard operating procedures.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement in the Client Services areas and recommends process changes as appropriate.
- Attend and participate in meetings with both internal and external customers and document meeting notes.
- Assists the Client Services Supervisor with annual objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Dedicated to the principles of exceptional service, committed to responding to, anticipating, and addressing customer needs, for both internal and external customers.
- Postsecondary certificate or diploma preferably in Business Administration or related field. An equivalent combination of education and 23 years' experience in the insurance industry will be considered.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
- Detail oriented with a strong degree of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with report writing and presentation skills.
- Team orientation and exceptional service attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to be a selfstarter, flexible and reliable.
- Indepth knowledge of Client Service's workflow, policies and procedures an asset.
