Administrative Assistant (Canada Summer Jobs) – 6 weeks at 30hrs/week

KGMS is a Primary to Grade 12 co-educational Special Education School located in the Maplewood neighbourhood of North Vancouver.

We provide specialized education that supports students with diverse learning needs.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Head of School and KGMS's academic leadership team to provide administrative support and ensure that records are accurately maintained and up to date.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry Respond to phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members
Support with data validation within MyEd database and new student CRM Provide general office support as needed
Interest or lived experience in a special education setting is an asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
