Limelight is seeking an Implementation Specialist FP&A with expertise in planning, forecasting, and reporting to join the team. This role offers a fantastic chance to merge financial and technical knowledge.

Our cloud-based financial planning, forecasting, & reporting platform streamlines manual spreadsheet tasks, allowing businesses to focus more on data analysis.

As an Implementation Specialist FP&A, you will closely collaborate with finance stakeholders (CFO, VP, Director, Controller) to align their strategic objectives with FP&A model design.

You should possess a profound understanding of the FP&A planning/reporting process, grasp the metrics that Finance leaders use to evaluate their businesses, and be familiar with challenges at all FP&A levels. In-depth knowledge of financial statements is essential.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Work closely with clients' Finance leadership teams to identify areas for enhancement in their FP&A processes and comprehend the strategic outcomes they aim for
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions to elicit functional requirements
  • Translate functional requirements from design sessions into model development
  • Create and validate reports within Limelight to aid project delivery and implementation

Candidate requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis
  • 3+ years of consulting background
  • Expertise in constructing planning, forecasting, and reporting models
  • Strong finance and modeling skills
  • Project management experience is advantageous
  • Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
  • Proficient in client and team communication
  • Emphasis on building relationships and client focus
  • Previous exposure to ERP or other FP&A tools is beneficial
