We are looking for a sales administrator to come join our Alfa Romeo/Maserati team

Responsibilities include:

  • Stocking new cars into the sales system/Serti and creating sales files
  • Keeping the vehicle garage registry up to date
  • Assisting with special events, promotions and new model launches
  • Preparing and completing dealer trade files
  • Assisting the F&I office with licensing, inventory management and filing
  • Managing keys and tags
  • Organizing and maintaining service files
  • Supporting accounting with various administrative tasks
  • Entering option descriptions in 180 for new cars
  • Updating clients' information in 180 and Serti sales systems
  • Creating and modifying documents and letters
  • Performing general clerical duties including but not limited to; photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Manage dealer trades
  • Create Dealer Trade Invoices and monitor payments to and from Dealerships
  • Create cheque requests for dealer trades
  • Arrange shipping of dealer trades
  • Close and balance sales files after delivery
  • Maintain vehicle inventory in one eighty
Shift Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
