Sales Administrator to join us at our
Bank Street Toyota location. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If you're organized, customer-focused, and ready to support a winning team, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
- Keep track of vehicle inventory, update records, and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Prepare and process sales contracts, invoices, and other necessary paperwork. Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations.
- Liaise with finance, service, and other departments to ensure the sales process runs smoothly. Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure all predelivery checks are completed.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights to the sales team and management. Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the dealership's database and CRM systems.
- Support for Promotions: Assist with the planning and execution of sales promotions and events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detailoriented with a knack for accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related field is a plus.
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ottawa, ON K1V 7Z6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
