About the Role

The Customer Support Manager oversees all customer service operations to deliver top-tier service to clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing customer service strategies to elevate satisfaction levels. This role serves as the primary contact for clients, offering guidance to the customer service team.

The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of customer service experience in the trucking sector, focusing on satisfaction and retention. Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and innovative thinking are essential for this position.

Essential Responsibilities

Experience

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
