E-SMART specializes in developing and producing innovative ADAS solutions that enhance the safety of fleet vehicles. The company plays a key role in setting higher safety standards by introducing Intelligent Speed Adaptation, a solution that actively manages the maximum speed a vehicle can reach based on its real-time location within the speed zone. In addition to this feature, E-SMART offers other safety solutions such as Low Bridge Collision Prevention, Active Geofencing, Remote Vehicle Immobilization, and Telematics Integration. These technologies lead the efforts to reduce the number of collisions on roads.
About the Role
The Manager of Customer Support holds the responsibility for supervising all customer service operations in order to deliver top-notch customer service to clients. This role involves the development and execution of customer service strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the Manager of Customer Support guides and supports the customer service team.
The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of customer service experience in the trucking industry with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to promptly resolve customer issues and devise innovative service strategies, are key attributes.
Essential Responsibilities
- Designing customer service strategies to boost satisfaction and retention
- Supervising the customer service team to meet set goals
- Addressing customer inquiries promptly and providing effective solutions
- Creating and implementing training programs to keep the team informed about industry best practices
- Examining customer feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure timely completion of customer service requests
Experience
The preferred candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer support management and demonstrate adaptability in a rapidly growing environment. Experience in the transportation sector is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Being detail-oriented, self-disciplined, energetic, and seeking a purposeful career is vital. Additionally, strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
