WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR

Status: Regular, Full-time Location: Mississauga, ON

We are seeking a dedicated and engaging individual who is ready and willing to challenge themselves by utilizing their unique collection of knowledge, skills and experience in new ways in the following capacity:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Investigate incidents (i.e. short shipments; receiving errors, etc.); coordinate and work effectively with key contacts and stakeholders for resolution. · Provide support to the Freight Administrator to resolve supplier-related freight incidents. · Conduct timely investigations of inquiries via the Ticket System; and incidents within Achiever System, and action appropriately (i.e. report, escalate, follow-up, resolve, etc.). · Review and action inventory and order-related issues as found in system-generated reports (i.e. customer & warehouse transfer reports, ShipTrack, etc.), to satisfy customer needs. · Maintain high data accuracy by reviewing and resolving discrepancies identified through Trend (SX) and SNAP systems reports.

· High School diploma (or equivalent) · 1 year customer service and/or warehouse experience · Intermediate computer literacy · Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) an asset · Effective problem-solving/analytical skills · Strong customer service skills (experience resolving customer issues) · Strong organizational and time management skills · Clear and effective verbal and written communication · Strong listening skills & able to transfer recommendations into action · Evidence-based decision making
