Nous recherchons activement un responsable des ressources humaines pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la fourniture d'un excellent service RH opérationnel à l'organisation. Posséder, élaborer et mettre en œuvre diverses stratégies clés de flux de travail pour favoriser un changement de culture positif continu.
Vous gérerez et motiverez une équipe de personnes à l'AJWT au Canada pour fournir un niveau élevé de conseils et de soutien en matière de RH opérationnelles à tous les secteurs d'activité.

Principales responsabilités:
Identifier et développer des opportunités de conception et de développement organisationnels pour conduire un changement continu dans les affaires.
Fournir des commentaires d'experts sur un éventail de questions liées aux personnes (généraliste / expertise spécifique); Concevez et fournissez des solutions à fort impact qui répondent aux besoins de l'entreprise.
Consulter et travailler en collaboration avec la direction, en fournissant des conseils de haut niveau sur les personnes, le cas échéant.
Analyser les tendances et les mesures en partenariat avec l'équipe de direction et l'équipe de personnes plus large pour développer des solutions, des programmes et des politiques.
Soutenir et encadrer les gestionnaires si nécessaire, en veillant à ce que les techniques de gestion soutiennent le bien-être et minimisent les risques commerciaux.
Comprendre et anticiper le besoin de changement, diagnostiquer les problèmes sous-jacents et plaider en faveur du changement auprès des intervenants.
Gérer, motiver et développer une équipe de personnes de l'AJWT pour s'assurer que les articles d'urgence sont pris en charge selon des normes élevées en conjonction avec les besoins de l'entreprise.
Collaborer avec les cadres supérieurs et les personnes pour soutenir et mettre en œuvre des changements conformes aux sondages et aux programmes sur le bien-être et l'engagement.
Soutenir l'automisation des processus de personnes pour améliorer les rapports et rationaliser les processus.
Collaborer avec les cadres supérieurs pour terminer la planification de la main-d'œuvre et collaborer avec les partenaires de recrutement pour trouver les meilleurs talents.
Diriger et superviser les initiatives de changement de l'effectif opérationnel conformément aux objectifs stratégiques et à la vision

One of the main divisions of the AJW Group is AJW Technique, a state-of-the-art component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility with over 150 experienced and passionate technicians in Montreal.

We are actively looking a **HR Manager** to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and delivering an excellent operational HR service to the organisation. Also owning, developing and implementing various key workstream strategies to drive continuous positive culture change.
You will manage and motivate a people team at AJWT in Canada to deliver a high standard of operational HR advice and support to all business areas.

**Principal responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop organisational design and development opportunities to drive continuous change in business.
- Provide expert input across a range of People issues (generalist / specific expertise); Design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business.
