As an IT Customer Support Technician, you will support the delivery of IT services, such as Help Desk for public and staff computing.

In this role, you will respond to customer requests for assistance.

You will be responsible for tracking requests and then either resolving routine problems or forwarding tickets to the appropriate team member in order to restore services to our customers and minimize disruptions to business operations and workflow.


Job Requirements:

  • A related diploma or undergraduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of one year of related work experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of IT system operations and relevant hardware and software is preferred.

$28.77- $36.73 per hour*
