Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve restaurant guests with a friendly attitude
  • Take food and drink orders accurately
  • Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
  • Handle cash and card transactions using a pointofsale system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction

Experience:

  • Previous experience in cashiering or working in a restaurant setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of guest services and food handling practices
  • Familiarity with the food industry standards and regulations
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in food service or kitchen operations is a plus
