**Job Description**:

- Ability to provide excellent customer service to all diners
- Passion for food, wine and craft cocktails
- Ability to use point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail for cleanliness, organization and table presentation
- Superior multitasking skills with ability to serve multiple groups at one time
- Ability to dissolve conflict, take criticism, and solve problems
- Ability to learn quickly on the job
- Flexible schedule to work both days, evenings and weekends
- Team player with ability to work with BOH and management at all levels
- Manage reservations by balancing customer experience and maximizing sales
- Smart Serve certified

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cobourg, ON K9A 2M3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
