How you might spend your days

  • Developing and optimizing workflows for ADC conjugation and purification, and initiating process scaling studies for ADC production
  • Designing and performing DOE assays for screening ADC conjugation scouting, buffer formulation and product characterization
  • Executing and validating emerging technologies in the field of conjugate science and ADC therapeutic discovery
  • Collaborating with teams across the company to solve problems, analyze, interpret and communicate data
  • Training and mentoring more junior scientists
  • Growing your technical skill set and engaging in professional development
  • Preparing and authoring materials to educate colleagues as well as communicate strategies, key findings and implications

We'd love to hear from you if

  • You have demonstrated handson experience with conjugation and purification of antibodydrug conjugates, preferably in an industry setting
  • You enjoy a fastpaced work environment and are a creative problem solver who believes in teamwork to tackle the most challenging problems
  • You have a working knowledge of antibody structure and function, as well as modern antibody linker technologies
  • You are comfortable working independently and escalating concerns with project execution and deliverables
  • You are excited about the opportunity to develop and optimize cutting edge antibody drug conjugates
  • You have exceptional analytical and problemsolving capabilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills including public presentation of complex data
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of crossfunctional team

What we offer


AbCellera's hiring range for this role is CAD $93, ,700 annually, commensurate with your education and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity, annual bonus dependent on team and company performance, and a 6% (non-match) RRSP contribution.
