KRMC is located in the thriving, uptown business district of Toronto, and has convenient, direct access to the Yonge-Sheppard subway station.
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented level Law Clerk to join our Creditors' Rights practice group.Responsibilities Include:
Drafting pleadings, including Statement of Claims, Judgments and Demand Letters;Preparing Notices of Sale; Preparing general correspondence and accounts and processing payments;Other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience working as a Law Clerk in a related practice area is preferredCollege Diploma/University Degree in a relevant field Exceptional computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office)The ability to follow instructions with minimal supervisionThe ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlinesStrong work ethicReliable, with an excellent attendance historyAbility to effectively work independently and as part of a teamA satisfactory criminal records check will be required from the selected candidate as a condition of employment.
