Global Wealth Management is an integral part of Scotiabank. Being part of the Mobile Advice Team means that you will contribute to the overall success of the Mutual Funds Distribution team. You will work collaboratively with key partners to develop communications, deliver high-impact results to improve the employee experience, and support the overall business strategy.   • Strong communication (written, verbal and listening) skills to effectively present information to relevant stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong judgement in assessing audience communication needs, crafting appropriate messaging and choosing the appropriate delivery channels when communicating.
  • Superior prioritization and time management skills; can work well under pressure to complete and/or manage multiple projects/initiatives in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Solid problem solving, conflict management, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues.
  • High degree of flexibility to adapt to a wide variety of tasks and functions, including working with ambiguity.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills to ensure co-operative working relationships with team members, colleagues, and business partners.
