Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between kitchen and frontofhouse teams
- Inspect dishes for accuracy and presentation
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
- Delivering food to tables on behalf of the servers
- Maintain a high standard of food quality
- Collaborate closely with chefs and servers
- Prioritize tasks to contribute to a smooth and efficient dining experience
Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role as a Food Expeditor or in restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of kitchen and frontofhouse dynamics
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle highstress situations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with kitchen and service staff
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$15.25-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours:
per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
