MCAP is looking for someone with strong attention to details who can support defaults or breaches of standard charge terms by homeowner, during the term of the mortgage. This role will help with high volume data administration with a focus on integrity and accuracy.

Entering, setting up, filing, updating, and verifying informational changes to various systems and portals Reviewing and verifying guidelines, business rules, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance Providing information to various stakeholders through various channels, phone, email, systems Ensuring accuracy of loan changes, homeowner information, coding, and calculations
