Documentation Administrator - Kitchener, ON:


Punctuality and reliability are a must for this position, as well as a positive attitude, willingness to take initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Work hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday in office.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of Medical Briefs to be sent to assessors in a timely manner
  • Accurately determine the existence of any conflict of interest identified within the medical file by reviewing the material provided
  • Accurately rename and save all documents according to the standardized naming provision
  • Accurately forward documentation packages to assessors through their desired channel of communication
  • Assist in the coordination of trial attendance for assessors

Knowledge Skills and Attributes Required

  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills and effective time management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced environment with mínimal supervision
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in tasks
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Knowledge of SABS an asset, but not required
  • Knowledge of the rehabilitation and independent medical sector an asset
  • Speed and Proficiency in MS Windows
  • MS Office and PDF software

Reporting Relationship:
Reports directly to the Operations Manager
