Waste Logic is in growth mode - we offer you the opportunity to grow and take that next step in your career in the Calgary market.
You have a proven track record providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting solutions in a busy environment and have experience in the following roles and responsibilities.
Some of the cool stuff you get to build and execute:- Generate new business leads through daily cold calling in the waste, recycling, and sustainability industry
- Research and identify new potential clients and markets
- Book qualified face to face or virtual customer meetings weekly
- Problem solve customer issues by performing on site waste audits
- Manage prospects and leads via our CRM
- Create an annual sales plan to grow your geographical territory year over year
- Achieve and or exceed all sales targets assigned
- Generate new business in Waste Logic's sustainability program
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years' experience in a new business development role
- 3+ years' experience preferred supervising a sales team
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and CRM software
- Experience in creating sales presentations
EDUCATION
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Evolving new business through the sales cycle, from active prospecting to the close
- Energetic and friendly with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment
- Confident selfstarter with a desire to learn, preferring exceptional to the status quo
- Exceptional verbal/written communications and comprehension with attention to detail
- Manage multiple tasks and have exceptional follow up skills both internally and externally
- Comfortable working in an environment that is fast paced and demands robust deliverables

From $75,000.00 per year
