Position Summary

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Identify improvement opportunities in business processes or systems
  • Application support and training of end users
  • Creation of system and user acceptance test plans
  • Responsible for system testing and assisting the business in completing user acceptance testing
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between various business departments and the offshore and Internal SAP support teams
  • Cross functional work with analysts from other systems or business areas

Requirement s

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
years of relevant experience in the field

  • Experienced SAP Business Analyst with a background in Supply Chain Management with direct experience in Materials Management (MM), Procurement, and Production Planning (PP) modules
  • Direct and Working knowledge of Sales & Distribution (SD) and 3rd party Transportation Systems such as Oracle or Mercury gate
  • Project Management experience
  • Implementation and configuration experience is required
  • Must be proficient in business process analysis, documentation, process mapping and process flows
  • Must have experience in gathering, defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
  • SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori experience is an asset but not required
  • Two full cycle implementations are ideal but not required
  • Experience in supply chain and/or information technology departments or functions
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Leadership skills and abilities
