Business Analyst

We are actively searching for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in analyzing business processes, leading our beta tester program, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will help us understand our market better, improve our products, and ultimately achieve our mission of creating a more sustainable and fulfilling future.

As a Business Analyst at OtO, you will be at the heart of our product, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards. It's essential that you have a genuine enthusiasm for tech that can shine through to our product and the people who use it. Your role will be vital in driving innovation and efficiency within our processes, enabling us to deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand our products and customers deeply.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and communicate product, customer, and market data.
  • Lead our Beta Testers from conception to completion, including: designing effective beta tests, recruiting and retaining highly engaged beta testers, collecting and analyzing feedback on the program, compiling key metrics from the program and presenting to all stakeholders to keep them informed, and making improvements to the program as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify user needs and industry trends.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve business processes and customer experiences.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation SOP's and key planning including: release management, communication and change management.

To Succeed, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, product, consumer insights, communications or a business analyst role
  • The ability to analyze data, draw insights, and present findings in a compelling manner (SQL or Python a bonus).
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to write clearly and persuasively is a must (written samples required).
  • A high level of attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, self-starter, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
