Location:

YVR International Airport Richmond, BC Located at one of the best airports in North America, discover luxurious comfort, excellent service and sumptuous food as part of our Vancouver Team.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet passengers and process their entrance to the Lounge.
  • Follow admission instructions and enter information on the computer.
  • Collect payment from passengers at the front reception counter before letting them to enter the lounge. Customer service oriented, process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, clerical duties.
  • Assist cooks with replenishing the food buffet counter.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the lounge.
  • Assist passengers with their luggage on entry and exit at the lounge.
  • Page for flight departure for contracted airlines.
  • Handle Meet and Greet service when required.
  • Possess a good knowledge in general information of the airport including its facilities, flight schedules and airlines information, direction to the departure gates etc.
  • Need to work at the coffee bar when required.
  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the Lounge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, strong oral communication skills, and good computer skills.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Applications Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must hold _Serving it Right _or willing to obtain one.
  • Completion of High School, College/CEGEP/Vocational or Technical training.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred but not compulsory.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Flexible/open availability (Including weekends and holidays).
**Required to be located in Canada to start immediately.

What We Offer:

  • Wage
    :$19.60/hour ($19.

10/hour during 3 months probation period):

  • Odd shift allowance $1.00/hour.(shift start before/at 0500 am and shift ends after 1200 am)
  • Extended health, dental and vision package for full time employee.
  • 4% of vacation pay is included in your monthly payroll.
  • Comprehensive paid training.
