You conduct thorough reviews of clients' financial situations, building lasting relationships by offering top-notch advice, financial planning skills, and ongoing support. Through a mix of fixed and variable compensation, you have the opportunity to shape your own future and that of the clients you assist.

What will you do?

  • Provide personalized financial advice and support clients in reaching their targets, utilizing our vast range of investment, credit, and banking solutions
  • Actively manage and grow your client base through value-driven relationship management, meeting performance objectives
  • Foster connections with service partners and local markets to maximize business prospects and referrals

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Financial Planning Designation (IPF) or in progress
  • Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
  • Minimum 3 years' financial planning experience
  • Demonstrated networking and client acquisition abilities
  • Capacity to establish a robust referral network
  • Fluency in both French and English to cater to RBC's diverse customer base
