WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Report to Director of Life and Health.
  • Help clients protect what matters to them by identifying their insurance needs and advising on products and coverages.
  • Effectively articulate the value of our products and explain pricing in a simple, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with clients to stay informed of their everchanging needs and retain their business.
  • Support existing clients with questions and updates to their policies.
  • Accurately document discussions around client needs and sales.
  • Deliver a TYLF (treat you like family) experience in all interactions with clients and coworkers.

WHAT YOU'VE DONE

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent (if you have related postsecondary education, even better).
  • You're no newbie — you have at least 12 years of experience in the Life and Accident & Sickness industry.
  • You hold a Life License Qualification Program (LLQP).
  • You have an active Life and Accident & Sickness license.
  • Bonus points if you have industry designations, such as CFP and CLU.
