Job Summary:


As an
Archiving Assistant for our Archives team at the
Laval site, you will mainly dispose and prepare archive material to be returned to the business's clients.


In this role, primary
responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of shipments or disposal of material.
  • Preparation of client's records while ensuring the accuracy of information.
  • Receives the material to be stored as per required.

Key Elements:

If you have the following
qualifications, we will train you for the rest:

  • No experience needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Understanding of written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French and English is preferable

Role Specific Information:

  • Location: Laval / Free parking / Near the subway Montmorency
  • Salary: 18.25$/h
  • Schedule
    :Daytime position, Monday to Friday between
    8:00 am to 4:15 pm:
  • Permanent, full-time position as of the hiring
