REQUIRED:

We are looking for
LICENSED HEALTH CARE Aide Certificate Workers with the following requirements.

Annie's Place provides home support services in Lower Mainland.

We provide care for seniors, people with disabilities, families taking care of elderly parents and children, respite care, post-operation, and transition support (home to assisted living to hospital to long-term care).

:

Provides home support services to clients, such as assisting with activities of daily living, planning, and preparing meals, light housekeeping, meds assist, showers and companionship.


Job description:
We are looking for
LICENSED HEALTH CARE Aide Certificate Workers who will be working in
Lower Mainland.
Below are the following requirements.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow Care Plans and maintain accurate client records utilizing the appropriate documentation
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients promoting physical and emotional independence.
  • Clear understanding of the accountability and expectations that are associated with transferable skills/delegated tasks
  • Effectively communicate changes in the client condition to your supervisor and maintain effective relationships with other team members
  • Proactively identify, promote and seek to improve client safety as part of your everyday work, and seeks support from the Nurse Supervisor for responding to medical and ethical dilemmas

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Health Care Assistant / Residential Care Aide Certificate, or equivalent experience and training is required.
  • Must be registered with the BC Care Aide registry 23 years of care aid assistant experience is required
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Access to own vehicle is an asset
  • Ability to perform lifting and bending when assisting clients may be required
  • A current Criminal Reference Check
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written) and exercise good judgment is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms may be required
  • Additional language would be an asset Italian, Tagalog, Spanish, German, French, English, Hindi etc

Job Type:

  • Parttime Salary:
$23 per hour - depending on experience (Benefits will be available after 3 months of probation)

  • We are looking for Parttime, Fulltime and Livein positions (Possible to move from parttime to fulltime position)
